Our History:
The ConnectBusiness team began in customer service and the call center industry. With a focus on lead generation for small and medium businesses, we built a legacy as game changers by helping businesses achieve lasting improvements across a range of industries.
Building on that success, a pivot to sales was a natural next step. The main focus became offering a highly sought-after service: to help clients convert more of their generated leads. This also provided valuable insights for business growth and expansion.
Moving forward, sales remained the main focus. However, many clients still struggled to win customers, even with help generating leads and nurturing inquiries. It became clear that something more was needed.
Technology Matters:
When COVID made meetings nearly impossible, the team took the opportunity to re-evaluate our approach. Traditional lead generation methods often led to owners avoiding sales calls and clients finding fewer meaningful opportunities. On top of that, instead of improving connections, technology began to reduce their quality and value.
ConnectBusiness is what emerged from these challenges. Leads, data, and information are everywhere—it's people who make the real difference, and that's where we focused our efforts:
